What does it cover?

All brand new Vito and Sprinter vans are fitted with Active Service System, known as ASSYST.

This intuitive system cleverly calculates the service or maintenance intervals required on a vehicle based on intensity of use; the difference could be as high as 5,000 miles between services.

Items such as spark plugs, fuel or air filters are changed as necessary and invoiced separately.

ServiceCare has been carefully designed to be competitive not only in today's marketplace, but, crucially, to protect you and your business against any future price rises.

The upkeep of your van is one less thing to worry about.

Electric Van ServiceCare Maintenance Plan

We offer a wide range of plans for electric servicing, all delivered by our dedicated electric trained e-technicians, Mercedes-Benz diagnostics and access to GenuineParts – with a 2 year guarantee on parts and labour.

With ServiceCare Maintenance you can arrange 6 services and spread the cost monthly. It’s available for new and used electric vans and offers better value than paying for individual services and repairs. Also, your costs are fixed at today's rate - protecting your business against increases in labour rates, parts, prices and inflation for the duration of the plan.

If you already have a plan, you’ll need to contact us directly to arrange your next service or repair. Our online booking tool doesn’t currently offer service and repair options for electric vans.
